Not just drawings. But some ink and watercolors, some in color. NOT a Drawings by European masters book colorful collection, but not all black + White. Not just pen and ink or charcoal drawings, which most of us think as 'drawings.' I love the variety.

Although I own and read my many, many art history books, I don't have any Persian, Japanese or other genres/cultures which 5/5(2). Thus, as a collection of master drawings, the book is worthy of the art lover’s library; as a technical study, it is an indispensable aid to the art student and practicing artist.
